Jim Tanner

As Executive Vice President of Product and Strategy, Jim oversees all inContact product strategy, including Research and Development, Solution Management, and Solution Marketing. Jim has been leading product and solution direction in technology companies for over twenty years in a wide variety of technology industries, including consumer and enterprise software and hardware and telephony applications.

Prior to inContact, Jim held senior marketing and product management roles at Unisys, Realm Business Solutions, Novell, and WordPerfect. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from Brigham Young University.
