Operations Centers
With inContact, you receive carrier-grade service at a fraction of the cost. Our centers operate with the most advanced equipment available to ensure that you receive the best technology possible without having to purchase it on your own.
The inContact Points of Presence (POP) sites are located in Los Angeles and Dallas and each center operates redundant to the other. From these POPs, our carrier relationships provide connections to our customers all over the country, effectively giving us points of presence at cities all over the U.S. that allow us to haul traffic back to our main network centers.
These POP sites are supported and monitored by a 24/7 carrier-grade Network Operations Center (NOC) located at our corporate offices in Salt Lake City. The NOC employs next generation, industry-standard monitoring systems and tools and, in the event of failure, has the ability to operate remotely utilizing inContact technology either within Salt Lake City or Los Angeles.
How important is backup and power protection to inContact?
Fully redundant and protected power is critical to today’s data centers. inContact has multiple redundant power systems that utilize backup generators, battery protected UPS and inverter systems, redundant DC power plants and utility-based power. Our carrier-grade systems are managed via the latest next generation hardware and software available. What do your network engineers do?
Network engineers constantly monitor and maintain the network while receiving visual, audible and email alert notifications which guarantee immediate action. Our engineering team is available 24/7/365 to ensure rapid response to any situation that needs our attention. How else do you ensure a reliable connection?
inContact has agreements and connectivity to major tier one telecommunications providers. This means that even wide-spread outages on a nationwide carrier impacts our connectivity only slightly, if at all, due to the robust multi-carrier routing in place.
inContact utilizes redundant equipment, facilities, connections, power supplies, cooling systems and databases to ensure that your contact center tools are always on.
