Awarded to Tommy Bahama for being a fast starting company that has achieved positive, and measurable, results with NICE CXone solutions in a short time frame.
Voice of the Customer – Williams-Sonoma
Awarded to Williams-Sonoma who demonstrated a keen ability to capture customer feedback and implemented programs that utilized data to enhance customer experience.
