Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Shanna oversees all human resource and facilities responsibilities including employee relations, attracting and retaining the best employees and employee benefits and compensation. Shanna has spent the past 20 years developing and maintaining espirit de corps within diverse start up and high growth companies.
Prior to inContact, Shanna held executive human resource positions at HealthEquity, AchieveGlobal, Burton Group, Zuka Juice, Globecast NA (formerly Keystone Communications) and Bonneville International Corporation.
At inContact we believe in a “work hard/play hard” mentality. Shanna has instituted a number of programs to inculcate this mantra into the employee base while fostering an atmosphere that attracts the most talented recruits.
