Executive Team

Gregory Ayers brings to his position at inContact over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, strategic business operations and compliance at both private and publicly held companies.

Prior to inContact, Gregory was CFO at Zars Pharma, a specialty pharmaceutical company. While in the position, Gregory established the company’s financial and operational infrastructure, led investor relations outreach and negotiated significant license agreements with partners.

Earlier in his career, as CFO for TopTier Software (subsequently SAP Portals, Inc.), Gregory drove the $400 million sale of the company to SAP AG. He also built the finance organization to 21 people on three continents, managed growth from $10 million to $170 million in revenue, and guided the sales organization on software revenue recognition issues to maximize growth.

Gregory has held other CFO and financial leadership positions at Intransa, Inc., OccuLogix, UroQuest Medical Corporation, Tunstall Consulting, Inc. and KPMG. Gregory received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Stetson University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
